Come to hear the Easter story told by Dr. Russell, hunt the eggs, and have ice cream treats. Please bring 6 empty plastic eggs and a basket to hunt with.
For Elementary Children-K-5th grade on March 18th from 10-12
Come to the Cogburn’s house* to hunt the eggs, play games, sing songs, have lunch and have a great time.
Parents, please stay with your children. Also, please bring a bag lunch and a blanket so we can all have lunch together.
If the weather is bad (i.e. rain, snow, very cold weather) the Easter Egg Hunt will be cancelled.
*Here are the directions- From church, turn left on Old Niles Ferry Rd. (heading south). Cross over 129 staying on Old Niles Ferry Rd. for a few more miles. On your left will be a subdivision called Mills View (the road into the subdivision is called Louise Lane). Turn into the subdivision. (This will be approximately five miles from Fairview UMC.) Then the road will go to a "T" at Beckford Rd. Take a right onto Beckford Rd. After that take the first left (there is no sign for this road). Finally, turn right onto Kennedy St. which is a gravel drive also called 316 Farms. The house is on the right. Signs will be up from the beginning of the subdivision to guide you to the house.
