The Pumpkins are Coming!

This October we will transform the front lawn into a pumpkin patch and we need your help. There will be pumpkins of all shapes, sizes and colors, as well as decorative gourds. On October 13th at 9:00 AM our truckload of pumpkins will arrive. This will be a fundraiser for Samaritan Hands; all money raised will go towards administrative cost of running this mission organization. There are many ways you can help, from unloading the truck to setting up our patch to be inviting to the public. We will also need volunteers to help man the patch and sell pumpkins. We need wooden pallets to put the pumpkins on; this helps prevent rotting of the pumpkins as well as keeps the front lawn in good shape and hay bales to make our patch festive. And most of all we need people to buy our pumpkins, so tell all your neighbors and friends to please come see us for all their pumpkin needs.
