HOW?

There are certain things we make sure we make time for: eating, sleeping, bathing... We consider these things essential to our daily living. There are other things we hold as equally important, yet fail to practically live by them: prayer, meditation, studying God's word, fasting, etc. Our culture does not teach us how to do these things nor does it really have space for us to do them. So HOW are we supposed to do it? These are not things to be used legalistically, but rather a way to let God change you from the inside out. Join us as we explore the nature of these spiritual disciplines for the next several weeks on Sunday evenings at 6:00pm. We will be meeting in the chapel, which is in the nursery area of the church. Whether you are a beginner or a seasoned prayer this will help you find practical ways to begin a journey on the spiritual disciplines
.
If you are interested in studying more on your own we will have copies of Richard Foster's Celebration of Discipline on sale for $23. Please contact Jeremy LaDuke at the church office for more information.
