Grow is an outreach ministry that focuses on those who visit our church during our worship services or church activities for the first time. It also reaches out to those who are new in our community letting them know that Fairview is a place that desires to get to know them. We use several different methods of contact to communicate with our guests. We use welcome gifts, letter writing, phone calling, and visiting to let every visitor know we care about them and want them to be a part of the ministries at Fairview.
We have 4 different teams that meet once a month on Tuesday nights @ 7:00pm.
- 1st Tuesday - “G” Team
- 2nd Tuesday - “R” Team
- 3rd Tuesday - “O” Team
- 4th Tuesday - “W” Team
